FAQs
What services do you provide?
We provide non-medical in-home care, including personal care (like bathing and grooming), companionship, homemaking, meal preparation, transportation, errands, medication reminders, and light pet care. Our goal is to support independence and comfort at home.
Are your caregivers trained, insured, and background checked?
Yes. All our caregivers are W-2 employees who are thoroughly screened and trained. We conduct background checks and ensure every caregiver is compassionate, professional, and reliable.
As of September 1st, 2025 all caregivers will be 100% insured.
How do I get started with services?
It starts with a free in-home consultation. We’ll talk about your needs, answer questions, and build a personalized care plan. If you decide to move forward, we’ll match you with a caregiver and set up a schedule that works for you.
Is there a minimum number of hours required?
We typically require a minimum of 2 to 3 hours per visit, depending on location. However, we offer flexible scheduling options, including hourly, daily, overnight, and live-in care.
Can I chose days or times of care?
Absolutely. We’ll build a care schedule around your needs—whether you need help in the mornings, a few days a week, or full-time support.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve southern and central New Hampshire, including Rockingham, Hillsborough, Merrimack, and surrounding counties. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask!
How much do our services cost?
Rates vary based on the type of care, length of visit, and time of day. Our hourly rates typically start at $30 for companionship and $35 for personal care. We also offer care packages and customized plans. We’re happy to provide a quote during your consultation.
Do you accept insurance or medicaid?
We are a private-pay agency at this time, but we can provide documentation for long-term care insurance reimbursement. We’re also exploring partnerships with Medicaid waiver programs in the near future.
Since we are a new company we are in the process of exploring accepting Medicaid and VA benefits.
